How do I move a subfolder to its own bookmark in Safari?

I have bookmarks that I incorrectly moved to other Bookmarks. Such as: Under Medical bookmark I have

a folder names EyeGlasses! How do I move EyeGlasses to its own Bookmark? Thanks

Safari bookmark FOLDER organization I simply want to rearrange my bookmark folders so they appear in alphabetical order (just to be clear I am not referring to the actual bookmarks, but folders that I have created). I have tried clicking on and dragging a folder to another location, but it becomes a subfolder! I have looked on the web, but the only answers I find are for sorting actual bookmarks. Any ideas?

How to move a bookmark folder in Safari? I had my bookmarks sorted alphabetically. But somehow a folder containing many web addresses called Bridge has moved and become attached to the bottom of one called Birding, as a sub-folder. And I can't seem to put it back. I have tried moving it within the sidebar with the trackpad, but that doesn't work, and actually only confuses things even more. 14" M1 Macbook Pro with Monterey 12.6. How can I do this? Thanks in advance.
