Trouble Managing Subscription for Nebula: Horoscope & Astrology App
Hi all,
I’m having an issue with the Nebula: Horoscope & Astrology app, downloaded from the App Store, and I’m hoping someone can help. I purchased a $1 report through an in-app purchase, expecting it to be a one-time charge since the checkout screen said “You will be charged only $1.” A few days later, I noticed a $39 charge on my Apple ID billing statement, which I didn’t expect or see mentioned upfront.
I tried to manage this in the app, but the “My Plan” section just shows a loading screen that doesn’t work, and I can’t find a cancel option. I also checked Settings > Payment & Shipping on my iPhone, but the subscription doesn’t appear there either. Has anyone else run into this with this app? How do you handle subscriptions that don’t show up in the usual Apple settings? I’ve reached out to their support but haven’t heard back yet.
Any tips on resolving this through the App Store or my Apple account would be great. Thanks!
