I have a M1 Macbook Pro and I updated FCP to version 11.1, however I dont have the ‘Image Playground’ feature? I checked by clicking the import icon and I also looked for it using the help menu by it comes up blank? Any help much appreciated...

Ah CORRECTION!!!! I checked my Language Settings and found out that I was using (US) English as my default instead of (UK) English. Im in the UK, so Im changed it to (UK) English, the laptop restarted and now FCP X 11.1 Image Playground has been installed. Thank you so much for that tip it really worked a treat!!!!

What language is being used in the OS and in FCP?
Some of the Apple Intelligence features only work for now in English (with a few more languages in upcoming 15.4).
FWIW, my system and FCP are in (US) English, and I'm in Portugal, and I DO have Image Playground.
I could test in a different language, but not just now.
Im using (UK) English language setting in the OS and FCP
