How do I remove a work-restricted app (ChatGPT) from my iPhone 14?

I downloaded ChatGPT app.

App store shows "open" button. When I try to open I get a window saying to remove restrictions. I cannot remove restrictions as it is locked from work.

Home screen, App library, storage and everywhere else I look does not show the app so I can't delete it because it doesn't seem to be there.

The issue is my work won't let me connect because it shows I have the app so it limits my connection.

vpn screen just says connected with the below management profile.

chatgpt is a restricted app (which is why I can’t connect to work it flags that app) BUT even though they say delete it to gain access I cannot because there is no app to delete anywhere on my phone

The public Service Angels from my job installed a VPN on my phone while working remotely, up until today I am not able to remove such a Genius invention. 2 phones later and 2 iCloud’s and a whole new life. By the way the remote position was only for a month. Calendar, pictures WiFi Face ID and basically paying large amount of cash for this phones and decided ultimately to ask again apple for help, and all I got was a deviating comment from this community reminding me that my creditors might have something to do with it. Only confirming what I was having a hard time accepting, painful but real, and all for saying the TRUTH. good luck getting the help you need

Tap Settings > General > VPN & Device Management

What appears there?

A screenshot.....if possible.....would be really helpful.
