Why are layered clips hovering with a gap in an old project after the latest update?

For some reason my layered clips have started hovering above one another with a significant gap betwen them. I've never had this before and don't know how to resolve? Maybe to do with the latest update and an old project?

That does look weird.

Did you try deleting the application preferences?

Does this only happen in one project?

Try two things:

1) Open the Timeline Index and check if there is some "zombie" clips that ought to appear in that area.

2) Select All, Copy, create a new project, and Paste. Does the new project look normal? If so, you may just discard the old one.
