Safari->Settings->Privacy->Manage Website Data->Remove all->test.

If that doesn't fix things then it’s possible that the website in question has been placed on the Apple/Google insecure list as being dangerous.

You don't mention the website but it would be up to the webmaster of that website to get it off the list.

You could also try using a different browser like Firefox, Edge, Chrome, Brave, etc. If it’s blocked in those browsers then the site is definitely wonky enough to be blocked.

Thank you. I've tried all that and it still comes up blocked. I've tried accessing it on my other computers and it is blocked. However, my wife can access it on her's. I contacted the site and they checked their security settings and have no problems. In addition to my wife accessing it, I've checked with others and they are not having a problem. Puzzling. I can access any other site I've tried.
