Audio breaking up when playing video or audio tracks

I have a new M4 Mac Studio and when I play a video from youtube, directly loaded on the Mac or just an audio track, the audio is breaking up like it's buffering or something. It's a really quick break and it's not on any apparent scehedule like ever 5 seconds.. It's intermittent and is a very quick break.

FCPX 11 audio doubled issue I've updated my FCPX to 11th version and now every now and then when i playback my projects i hear that the audio is doubled. It has weird metallic feel. When i press pause and then playback again it dissapears. But it reappears in rendered project. I uploaded a youtube video and found lots of comments about the doubled audio in some parts of the video, but there is nothing wrong with the project.

Video is jerky...i.e. not smooth...audio is fine My videos play fine using quick time player on my older macbook 2008 josemite OS but when played on newer 2021 MBpro ventura, the video is very jerky but the audio is perfect...what's going on...?
