My videos play fine using quick time player on my older macbook 2008 josemite OS but when played on newer 2021 MBpro ventura, the video is very jerky but the audio is perfect...what's going on...?

Does this issue only happen when playing videos through QuickTime? If you're not sure, we'd like to see if any videos played through Photos run into the same issue.
