Does Apple Card charge a transaction fee for foreign currency purchases?

If I use my Apple Card to make a purchase online from a website that uses foreign currency (ie., not US Dollars), is there a transaction fee? I understand that I will be charged the US Dollar equivalent based on the currency exchange rate, but some credit cards also charge a fee for making the exchange. It will also make a difference on whether or not I should use the Apple Card when I travel overseas.

I have not been able to find the answer on the Apple Card website.

Apple Card does not charge a foreign transaction fee. However, Mastercard International does charge a currency exchange fee. This is imposed by the Payment Network Operator (Mastercard) and is not some Goldman Sachs or Apple have any control over.

Mastercard has an online calculator to assist with determining the fees.
