how to share/send/forward letter on PAGES

In have typed a letter/document on PAGES and don't know how to send to others. HELP PLEASE

MacBook Air 15″, macOS 14.7

If you have saved that letter, then use the Pages File menu > Share… > [ Send a Copy] > Mail selection to open a new Apple Mail compose window with the Pages document attached.


If you want to send an Exported document type (e.g. Word, PDF, etc.) then use the Pages File menu > Export To > pick a format to export > [ Send a Copy ] > Mail and this will also create a new Mail compose window with the chosen export type document attached.
