How do I print URL and Date/Time with the page?

In Windows Explorer I was used to have the URL and the Date/Time of print on the print out.

This makes sense because the web sites are volatile and you cannot cite anything in Internet w/o mentioning the point in time and location of the print.

I am missing this functionality in Safari and I don't trust 3rd party extensions.

So which solution does Apple offer for this? Does anyone know?

(If I would have to implement this at Apple, I would offer dynamic variables like d% und t% and u% in the Watermark area of the print options and I wonder why this hasn't been done after all these years where Safari exists.)
