Mac Mini M4 thermal issues

I bought a Mac Mini M4 specifically to run a protein folding program on BOINC. BOINC takes spare cycles when you are doing something else on the machine or, if you are not using it - say while you are sleeping, BOINC will use 100% of the cpu cycles. I down loaded a thermal monitor program and it shows core 3 running at 107C. The other cores around 100C. The fan does not speed up by the way. How long will my cpu last at 107 degrees C if I run it 24/7. Days? Months? Years? Is there any public information on this? I am sure the big Mega scalers know this but have any of them talked?

I used the thermal program to make the fan run full speed and temps dropped into the 80s but the fan is quite loud. I can turn on low power mode, that keeps everything cool, but that gives me about a 30% performance hit. Do I have a problem running that hot with a low fan speed? Is there a solution? third party cooler? Or should I just sell the Mini and find another machine?
