Mouse Scrolling no longer works in Apple Music on Windows 11

Mouse scrolling just quit working on my Dell Windows 11 Desktop. I tried a different Mouse but nothing changed. I also removed and reinstalled Apple Music and verified My Windows Mouse setting to no avail. Thank much for your help with this.

p.s. I also have a Dell laptop on my Home network with Apple Music, and scrolling still works fine on it.

Apple Music Preview on Windows 11 - Scrolling doesn't work For some reason, I can't scroll anywhere in Apple Music Preview. It's as if the app isn't detecting my scroll wheel at all, which makes browsing large playlists pretty inconvenient. This is the only app on my computer that has this issue. Mouse stutter when streaming Apple Music I am experiencing mouse stutter when streaming Apple Music radio content such as Apple Music 1, Apple Music Hits, etc. This has persisted over multiple fresh Windows 12 installs, and occurs on all my monitors and regardless if the application is in full screen or minimized to the task bar.
