Bookmark icon for Bank of America is wrong

The icon for Bank of America is showing the icon for Chase when I set up a favorites bookmark in Safari.

Incorrect Icon for tabs in safari Hi all, This has been asked before, but no actual solution was ever suggested. When accessing Facebook from Safari on my iPhone, the icon is for Fox News. It's a small issue, and doesn't affect performance, but I would love to fix it. Has anyone found a fix yet? Clearing cookies/signing out etc doesn't work.

What does a checkmark with a circle around it mean in Communities? Specifically, what does the dark gray fill around the white checkmark imply, versus the green fill around the white checkmark? And what about an Apple icon in this (2nd) column? Thanks!
