How do I resolve 'EID not available' issue for eSIM on iPhone in Kenya?

• Check for EID: In the Settings > General > My EID (eSIM Identification) number. Isn’t available and it reads SEID and it’s blank, I’m from Kenya ( East Africa) and my carrier supports ESIM but I believe the problem is my phone. Kindly any help???
