Iphone speeding up videos transferred from pc to my phone

Hello, so i've been facing an issue while trying to transfer videos from my pc to my iphone 12, they're always sped up no matter what i do, whether i transfer them locally or from cloud services theres always this speeding up issue and it is not local either, if i try to reupload it somewhere else after saving on my phone it retains the same sped up speed

i asked my friend to try downloading the video from his phone and he said it was perfectly fine so this might be a issue with my device
