How do I get rid of the malware that creates the "cloud_persistent_accounts.growth" log in my keychain?

It first appeared in my MacBook's Keychain in 2023 by replacing my Instagram's password and, since then, it reappears after two or three days if I try to delete it. Back then, I downloaded from the App Store and installed an antivirus, Malwarebytes, then I ran a scan, but it didn't find it. I already had another antivirus, VirusBarrier Scanner, which didn't work either. I noticed this happened after Instagram blocked my account claiming the use of software to forge followers, however, this was a set up. So Instagram let me unblock my account by changing my password, which I did through my iPhone, however, after I synchronized both devices, the "cloud_persistent_accounts.growth" log shows on both and keeps replacing my IG password even if I change it. I fear if I close my IG session, it will block my account again. What should I do?

MacBook Pro 13″, macOS 10.15

what is "cloud persistent accounts growth" (cloud_persistent_accounts.growth) doing in my key chain? - Apple Community

I don't believe it is malware. It is a keychain that doesn't belong, and how it got there is anyone's guess.

I don't understand the comment about forging followers or "this was a set up." It may or may not be relevant to understanding what you are experiencing.

Get rid of your antivirus scanners. Rule 1 of Macs is don't install junk.
