How to fix Qardio Heart Health app connection issues on iPhone?

Never heard back from MedM Health. Was able to pair apple watch 9 with qardio bp cuff and IT WORKED. However, as Qardio website is inoperative, I was unable to save readings to Apple Health. For edification, I already had the Qardio App on my iPhone 13 and Apple Watch. Here are the steps followed:

• Took batteries out of Qardio Cuff and reinstalled them; opened the cuff and confirmed that pairing light came on.
• Opened Qardio App on Watch.
• Placed cuff on arm. Followed steps and a green "Start" button appeared on watch.
• Clicked "Start" and Qardio Cuff inflated and took/showed the reading. Note that I took several readings and all appeared accurate.

As I recall, I was then asked if I wanted to save the reading with Qardio or Apple Health. I went through the steps and eventually received an error message as the Qardio website is inactive. Was able to take additional readings by clicking the back arrow, which took me back to the "Start" button. Thrilled that the Qardio Cuff is no longer a paper weight. Very disappointed with Qardio for so abruptly dropping their customers without workaround instructions.
