I have tried everything to contact someone at Qardio and concluded that they couldn't care less. I have a blood pressure device that I can no longer use because it is incompatible with other devices. I just screen. What a colossal waste of my hard-earned money. I hope Qardio can recover from bankruptcy and get the business back on track because they have made very nice, high-quality products that work great!

I can not open the app. to use the BPM cuff or see any of my previous data. It’s ask for my login and then cannot reach server. Any idea to log into the app?
The app/service is broken, and the company appears to be in bankruptcy.
If you are able to download a VPN on your phone and connect to somewhere in Europe, the United Kingdom or France open the Qardio App, try to sign in using your login information if that does not work create a new account. This is a workaround for now but it’ll allow you to get up and running. Good luck.

It would be helpful if users who have 'solutions' would specify that it's only something 'you could try'. Answering that a VPN will fix the problem sends people thru hoops they don't need to attempt. Purchasing a VPN, installing it and re-installing the app on a commentators 'solution' that's unconfirmed doesn't help. Not trying to be harsh here.
Fortunately I didn't pursue this for my Quardio device. Most of the links on the website are busted. I tend to think Quardio Inc is having problems. Not sure why the app is still available in the store but that's avove my pay grade.
Downloaded the MedM Health app as you suggested. Yes, I was able to connect via bluetooth with the Qardio BP Cuff. However, it was only a connection and did nothing to allow the cuff to work.
So, I reached out to MedM Health and received the following response in bold below. Hopefully, others will contact MedM Health to share their interest. Personally, I would be willing to pay a reasonable annual fee.
Thank you for your message.
While the MedM Health app may detect the Qardio blood pressure monitor via Bluetooth, the device is not yet officially supported, as we do not have access to its full communication protocol. Because of this, the app is unable to properly control the cuff or receive accurate readings.
We’ve already added the task of integrating Qardio devices to our internal backlog and are actively trying to contact Qardio to obtain the necessary technical documentation for proper support. We will keep you informed of any progress regarding this integration.
In the meantime, you can view the full list of devices currently supported by MedM here:

Please let us know if you have any further questions — we’ll be happy to assist.
Doesn't the app have to authenticate you as a valid user? I don't know, but you need to login, or at least I do with the 8 Phone that seems like an interaction with a server. I certainly cannot login with the 16 phone. "It's a puzzlement," said the King, and I.
So you do need to enter userid/password on the iPhone 8? Then it must be hitting some server(s). Perphaps one for that version at least. Still sitting in a corner and forgotten by the decommision team. Yul Breener is turning over in his grave. They could have at least decoupled it from reliance on the servers before termination. I have an Omron monitor that you can use with or without the cloud services. I got nothing.
Tried the VPN approach to no avail, but thanks for the suggestion. App worked fine until I purchased a new iPhone. Is there a possibility someone for money or the fun of it could hack the app and bypass the login step? I hate to loose access to the Blood Pressure device.
A couple of months ago I tried to contact support using that email address (support@qardio.com) and got no reply at all. Now I get the bounced back reply just as you did Devonbob. After your note I tried another of their addresses (doctors@qardiomd.com). It's not sending any responses - yet. I suspect it'll soon start bouncing emails back just as the support email address did earlier. I think they're continuing to decommision servers or at least DNS names.
Short story too long. I began working in mainframes. Two giant machines capable of running thousands of apps at once. Eacch app dipping into the Central Processing Unit when needed for resources. When I left we were all server based. There were 19 thousand rack mounted servers doing the work of those two mainframes. Each server would support one app only. In this case, one for Quardio for IOS5, one for IOS6, and so on. My only guess is that the servers for IOS 8 are still alive out there. When they finally get rid of them it's called decommisioning. They will soon do so I'd bet.
Sorry, have to correct one detail of my previous message, I can log in to Qardio but it is with a iPhone Xr, not an 8 as previous. Prior to creating this message I booted the Xr and ran 3 BP readings. The sad part is all of my years of data are not available on this phone. The Xr is not connected to cellular service.
Eureka. I found my old iPhone 6. FInding the cord took longer (plug changes by Apple is another discussion) and tested Quardio. It worked!
However, the iPhone 6 ver DID NOT log in at Quardio. It flashes a 'guest mode' screen very briefly then goes into the bp test. History is available for me back to 2019, but I suspect that's stored locally. This version of the app is working because it's standalone and doesn't rely on their servers/infrastructure.
My iPhone 6 could not have had my current userid/password since I now have a Password manager with a long convoluted password which I did not have back then. There is no way I logged in.
I should add that it may have tried to log in and failed then switched to 'guest mode'.
Ok, after much experimenting and following suggestions in the”Community” (unfortunately nothing worked), I was able to pair my Apple Watch 9 with the Qardio BP Cuff and take accurate readings. That said I was unable to save any readings because the Qardio server and/Apple Health connection with Qardio was d.o.a.
Great news for me as the BO Cuff now works and is no longer a paper weight.
Brilliant - I also got the cuff to work using my Apple Watch. I did have a problem initially as the app on the watch wanted me to log in and came up with the usual error message. I deleted the app on the watch then reinstalled it on the watch from my iPhone (15 pro max)The app on the watch then took me through a set up procedure and now takes blood pressure readings - very pleased, although I have to add the results manually into Apple Health data despite there appearing to be a link for BP and pulse in the Watch Qardio settings.
