Apple support for IMSI number or IMEI number hacking

Does Apple have standard procedures if hackers have my IMEI number, IMSI number, and device ID? It seems like my phone is being backdoored by hackers. Possibly by a stingray device or black box or similar home brew hacker device. It seems like my only Apple support option is posting a question here because my device is older. Is there something Apple can help me do to stop the attacks? I already have VPN.

Your IMEI and IMSI are used by your carrier, and someone knowing them cannot hack your iPhone. At worst they can report the iPhone stolen IF they can convince your carrier that they are you. And what device ID?

Hackers do not own stingrays (they are only available to law enforcement at , and all a stingray can do is track your location, not hack your device). As they are only sold to police agencies, and cost around $100,000, it would have to be a very determined hacker to target you.

There is no “black box” that can hack an iPhone remotely, and the ones that sometimes can require physical possession of the phone for hours or days.

So basically, you aren’t being attacked. You may be receiving scam messages SAYING you have been hacked.
