bonjour blocked by local security authority

I have a new Win 11 Pro computer. I have been getting this message "This Module is blocked from loading into the Local Security Authority, it is a mdnsNSP.dll from bonjour. Bonjour is 3.0.0.10, I know there is a later version but I would prefer to download this from Apple. I think this version came from the iTunes install.

Any thoughts how to get the latest version or fix this issue?

Windows, Windows 10
