It is my understanding that use of services to collect rent is a commercial activity and prohibited under the T&C.

I know both Cash App and Venmo have commercial accounts and work basically the same as Apple Cash.

Banks all use algorithms to detect these types of violations. The aim isn’t to mess with you or your rents. The design is to detect money laundering, fraud and other prohibited activities.

How do you know someone tried to send you funds? Did they appear as a pending transfer? Did the funds actually get added to your card/account? Did you accept them?

I see the issue, I think. Does your tenant always pay that amount around the middle of each month? Do you have multiple tenants doing the same thing?
