Not getting Notifications on my iPhone

my iPhone has stopped sending/showing notifications like normal. I have to open the app to check if I have any notifications. I only get notifications from iMessages, WhatsApp and calls only. I have tried all the solutions mentioned in similar posts like force restart, reset all settings, disable Siri suggestions, disable scheduled summary,.. but nothing seems to work for me. Has anyone figured out how to fix this problem as it is really frustrating??
