why cant i get my apple play list on all my apple devices?

I can see and play any and all of my playlist on my MacBook Pro, but I only see see some of my playlist on my other Mac, iPhone, iPad, and my home speakers won't recognize any of the playlist missing on all of the other devices. I ran through the basics for syncing and even deleted the app on my cell phone without any luck.

Any help will be greatly appreciated .

Not all playlists displaying I subscribe to Apple Music to sync my library across multiple devices. I got a new macbook pro recently, and synced the library, but only 6 of the 11 playlists show up in the new laptop (and 3 of those 6 are Apple playlists, the other 3 are personal). 5 of my personal playlists did not show up. any idea what the problem might be? the entire library (other than the playlists) synced properly.
