Either menu option should bring up a file/folder browsing dialog. If that isn't happening I suggest either repairing iTunes from the programs control panel, or removing and then reinstalling it. When uninstalling iTunes uninstall all Apple software in reverse alphabetical order. See Troubleshooting issues with iTunes for Window updates - Apple Community for more comprehensive advice.

If that is not the issue, how are you trying to add the files? If you're having trouble adding files or folders to iTunes on Windows 11, ensure iTunes is running, the files are in a supported format, and they have valid ID3 tags. Also, check for updates to iTunes and Windows, and verify that the files are not blocked or have the correct permissions.

I dont have any of those apps on this computer.
When I select Add File or Add Folder, simply nothing happens. This has been working perfectly for years. iTunes has just stopped doing this.
Thanks
