EPSON Printer problem possibly from computer

Hello, I have an Epson ET-16650 wide carriage printer. I have no problem printing 8 1/2x11 images, but suddenly when I try to print a wider paper (10"x16) I am getting only lines (see photo). When the printer was new I had the same problem and Epson replaced the printer. After 1 year, I am suddenly having the issue again. I think it may have to do with the computer or Photoshop connection. any advice will be greatly appreciated. TIA.

That it works as expected on letter size paper, and you could print 10"x16" before without issue indicates there's nothing wrong with the printer.

That leaves, as the very most likely problem, the drivers.

Go to System Settings > Printers & Scanners. If this is the only printer installed, right click on the name and choose Reset Printing System. If you have more than one, then choose Remove Printer. Restart the Mac.

Then go to Epson's support page for Sonoma. Download and install the latest Drivers and Utilities Combo Package Installer at the top of the list. Install and restart.

Test.

Since you had the same problem before and Epson replaced the printer, it would lead one to suspect the printer itself.

Reinstall the drivers as suggested by @Kurt Lang. If the problem persists, check with Epson support to see if there are any firmware updates for the printer. If so, it would be good to install it/them also.

If the problem still persists after doing all that, the printer has probably gone bad. It has a 1 year warranty but that could be extended to 2 years if you registered the printer with Epson.
