For Pokemon the First Movie there are two versions. One is 14 dollars and the other is 10. Im not referring to the remake. This is the same with the movie Pokemon 2000. Im just not sure what version I should buy.

I just bought the $10 one. It appears to be in English - I think the difference is with the $15 one you can switch languages (presumably to Japanese), but with the $10 one it is only English.
Apple doesn’t own the Pokémon movie.
They are provided the movie by the distributor for sale.
A quick look shows the $15 version is marked as dubbed, the $10 version isn’t.
What that means and how it’s different, I don’t know.
