I AM wanting to delete philandro.anydesk - as my computer is getting more and more difficult to use. I went to support but told my email address is INVALID. Well, I got mail today ??

The easiest way to handle it is reinstall the software, then download FreeMacSoft AppCleaner.
Boot the Mac into safe mode with shift key, open AppCleaner, and drag the AnyDesk App over it. That will ensure all components of AnyDesk are removed.
Thank you for your reply. My computer has been 'playing up' for a while now - so frustrating. Anyway, I saw this Philandro under the Firewall so searched it up. I certainly had not downloaded it. Only thing I can think of is I sought help some time back and rang???some company. Maybe they put it there. Here's hoping this works!
