Apple Music App not Skiping songs when I click "Skip" in Notification.

MacBook Air 15-inch, 2023 M2 16GB

Sequoia 15.3.1

Apple Music Version 1.5.2.56

On my other Macs, when the notification comes up in the top right hand corner to show me the next song, I can press "skip" and it moves to the next song. It is not working on this computer.

I have disabled and re-enabled notifications in System Settings. Turning shuffle on or off doesn't help.

My other computers are not running Sequoia. This has been persistent for several months now.
