Microphone Issues with AirPods 4

Hey everyone,

I wanted to share an issue I’ve been facing with my AirPods 4 in case others have experienced the same. I’ve purchased two different pairs—one with Active Noise Cancellation and one standard—and both have serious microphone issues.

People on the other end of my calls constantly complain that my voice cuts out or sounds muffled, making it really difficult to communicate properly.

I contacted Apple Support, and they suggested resetting the AirPods and re-pairing them with my iPhone. I followed their instructions, but the issue persists. Given that this has happened with two separate pairs, I’m starting to wonder if this is a broader issue with the AirPods 4 microphone.

Has anyone else experienced this? Any potential fixes beyond what Apple suggested?
