iPhones/iPads not Connecting to WiFi When All Other Devices Are

So yesterday, our Internet service in the house went out for about an hour when it came back all the devices are connecting, but the iPhones and iPads. All game consoles, TVs, Android are connecting. It shows they're connected, but then it says, "No Internet Connection". This is only happening in my home when I go to one other places I can connect to Wi-Fi no problem and all the other phones also can connect. How do I fix this issue? Is it an iPhone/iPad issue or is it an Internet Wi-Fi issue with the provider?

We already rebooted router and modem multiple times and no changes. And we do not have/use VPN's. We've restarted all the phones and iPads multiple times. I appreciate any help provided. Thank you.
