Why is my Logitech Folio keyboard not working on my iPad after iOS 18.3.2 update?
I updated my iPad air (4th gen) to 18.3.2 this morning. Prior to the update I was using the keyboard just fine, after the update the keyboard stop responding and I got the 'Accessory not supported' error. Spent time with Apple support who told me to take to store. Spent time with Logitech support forcing a firmware upgrade but no success.
The keyboard/case has been with this iPad since I bought it. Something happened with the update and no one seems to know how to fix it.
Just putting this out there in case anyone else is having this experience. Hoping next update fixes whatever got broken.
