Burning to DVD-R disc with iMac 27" on Ventura 13.7.4

Cannot get response from PC. Says...disc is uninitialised.

Hi. Could not finalise as it did not recognise the disk. DVD did not show up on Desktop and was found on Disk Utility.. That said disk was not initialised and had Zero space. I have tried to insert music CD's and it finally opened up. Have used a CD cleaner disk and finally got it to work. Downloaded free version of Photostage and it looks as though it is now working.

Thank you for your time, but hopefully, I can now make a slide-show for my Wife's Funeral.

Will come back, if things don't work out...Richard
