Pages Find and Replace grayed out

MacOS Sequoia 15.3.1, Pages v 14.3

When attempting to find and replace text, the find and replace feature finds the text, but the Replace All, Replace & Find, and Replace options are all greyed out.

Pages 12.2.1 - Find and Replace Not Working I have a brand new Mac (Ventura 13.1) and have used Pages for over a decade. When I search for a word in a Pages document it displays the number of results but will not display any of them. However, if I log in on iCloud.com and open the same Pages document (in Safari) then the search/find works properly. I prefer to use the desktop version of Pages. I see that there was a problem in V.11 but I am using Pages 12.2.1. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

How can I remove all paragraph breaks in Pages for Mac I have downloaded a transcript. It has way too many paragraph breaks to go through and delete each invisible paragraph marker. Is there a way to remove all of them? I was trying to "find" and "replace" Does anyone know of a better way?

On that Find/Replace panel, click the > button once to light up the found items where the first one will have a yellow highlight and the others gray until you advance to them.
