iPhone 12 ear speaker not working

Last year in June my ear speaker along with screen was changed , now again within 10 months same problem of ear speaker.

last time it was manufacturing defects and again today same.

why IPhone 12 ear speaker issue is not resolved.

Should we go on each ten months replace it.
