Multiple iPhones appear connected on Bluetooth

JBL speaker crackle and connects to multiple ”iPhones” via Bluetooth

I'm having this issue where every time I connect to my JBL speaker when multiple iPhones appear connected on my iPhones 13 Pro Bluetooth. I have to turn my Bluetooth off and on again but it takes 2 min before the same issue is back.
