2024 Mac Mini, single click sound when I turn it on, is that normal?

Hi, this video demonstrates the single click when I turn the machine on, or wake it from sleep mode...

I took it into the Genius bar and we couldn't replicate the issue, and did all diagnostic tests, and everything was working fine.

Now I'm back home I realise that the click still happens, I think we just couldn't hear it because of the background noise in the apple store.

Can I just check with other Mac Mini users, if they get this single click sound when they start the machine too?

A monitor with web cam, connected via 2 cables 1 x usb-c to usb 2.0 adaptor (for the web cam) and 1 x hdmi (for the monitor).
A keyboard usb-c
A mouse usb-c
Power cable

That's it.

And following your message. I think the sound is in fact coming from the monitor.
