How do I fix disappearing keyboard on iPhone 13 Pro?

My keyboard keeps dissappearing whenever I'm about to type. This started with the emoji library dissappearing after 2-3 seconds. I can't look for emojis because it just jumps back to the keyboard right away. The next issue was that the predictive text dissappeared after 2-3 seconds. Now this issue relates to the keyboard as a whole. I have to press the text field or swipe the screen over and over to make the keyboard appear.

My phone is updated. It's an iPhone 13 pro. I've also restarted it several times.
