Final Cut Pro 11.0.1 crashes when adding audio effects like 'treble Boost' on Mac Studio with macOS Sequoia

I have recently updated my Mac Studio to Sequoia OS. I have also updated FCPX to latest version to be compatible with the OS which is 11.0.1.

I have started a new project within Final Cut and whenever I try to manipulate the audio tracks Final Cut crashes.

I cannot seem to boost bass or treble without it instantaneously closing the programme down.

Any suggestions on how to fix?

An easy thing to try when FCP behaves strangely is to delete its Settings/Preferences. Hold Option and Command while launching FCP and choose Delete Settings. It will open the default Untitled library. Re-open the library you were working on, set the Settings back to the way you like them (disable Background rendering, etc.) and see if the issue has been resolved.
