Kernel panic Macbook Pro 2023 MacOS 14.7.1 (23H222)

I have an Intune enrolled MacBook Pro 2023 on MacOS 14.7.1 (not sure if being enrolled in Intune makes a difference). A kernel panic is happening on the machine. I am not a Mac user, just the admin. We ran a hardware diag and that came back with no errors found (ADP000). We have tried to update MacOS but it has been unsuccessful and fails. I'm wondering if someone can decipher the log.

SEP can have two meanings. One is associated with some anti-virus software (I forget which one, but I think Symantec) and the other meaning is Apple's Secure Enclave Processor. If it is the latter, then your best option would be to perform a DFU Firmware Restore which resets the security enclave chip, system firmware, and internal SSD as well as pushes a clean copy of macOS onto the internal SSD. If you still have the issue with a clean install of macOS before installing any third party software & before restoring from a backup, then you have confirmed a hardware issue.

Also, make sure to disconnect all external devices from the laptop just in case one of them is causing a problem.
