Double-Click Side Button option on my wallet app is greyed out and not working suddenly, i am running IOS 18.3.2

I saw ur reply before regarding the same issue for a colleague from egypt, by the way i am egyptian 😂and work at KSA so i use apple pay in egypt and saudi arabia, but the issue happened suddenly when i was in saudi arabia despite i used apple pay just few minutes before that
No at all, it is my own device, i used it normally at one store, went to another store to find that issue, apple support after reviewing the assistive touch and other things asked me to wait for an update
It seems to be isolated to that region, and perhaps just Egypt. I know Egypt just recently started participating in Apple Pay and Apple Wallet. I’m thinking it might be related that way.
Are you able to use Face ID for your transactions or do you use another method?
What country are you in? It wouldn’t be Egypt by chance, would it?

There were two previous reports of this exact same issue and no one here could resolve it either. The two prior reports both came from Egypt.
Have you contacted Apple Support in Saudi Arabia?
So, KSA is a business? Is your device a managed device issued by your employer?
Yeah i can use face ID normally, it was working normally with me for more than a year , have no idea what happened
