Why does Account Manager show a second iPhone?

This iOS Account Manager looks weird on my apps. It shows as if I have two devices connected to my accounts, like Google and others. My actual device, an iPhone 15 Pro Max, appears, but there’s also an extra iPhone, as if I have a clone of my phone. The second device seems to be linked to my account, as if it were me.

New iPad doesn't appear in My Device list in iCloud.com I was just on the phone with tech support, and we established that my new iPad is definitely signed into iCloud. For example, in appears when using the Find My app on other Apple devices. But for some reason it is not appearing in the "My Devices" listing on the iCloud web page. Extra device showing - what does this mean? On my pull down menu on the “now playing/not playing” icon widget thing - there is an extra iPhone name/device and I don’t why or where it’s coming from?? If I click the unchecked iPhone - it looks like they merge, but it goes away - it will only show one device for a long while and then it just pops back up?? Please help - and there is not another iPhone here either

iOS Account Manager is actually (despite its name) a Google process that coordinates the various Google apps that you have on your Apple devices.
