A few months ago I brought an apple pencil and I left it in a drawer for a few weeks. The battery was fully charged today and when I tried it on my iPad, it didn’t work. I tried opening and closing the iPad, connecting bluetooth, but nothing worked. What should I do?

Per chance do you have a habit of not using this Apple Pencil for a few weeks/months at a time? If so, the rechargeable lithium battery inside may lose its ability to take a charge or be fully charged.
