how do I arranage text in arc in Pages
I would like to add some text in an arc, eg. around the top of a circle, in a card I'm designing. How can I accomplish this?

Pages does not feature text on a path functionality, so you will need another tool.
Use Affinity Designer 2 for this creative effect as I have done. It is a proper vector graphics design tool that can do this easily and then drop the exported artwork into Pages. Affinity Designer 2 is inexpensive, non-subscription, and on the Buy Now panel on its product page above. There is a link to a fully functional free trial.
