Unable to turn on FileVault after Data Migration on the same machine

Hi,

MacBook Pro 2017

OS: Ventura 13.7.4

I used to have FileVault enable and my drive encrypted on my machine. But my laptop's motherboard failed, and after replacing it and restoring my data via Migration Assistant, I'm now unable to re-enable FileVault.

Clicking 'Turn On' prompts for my admin password, but then nothing happens. Further attempts don't even ask for the password. I've confirmed my secure token is disabled, and reinstalling the OS and repeating the migration didn't resolve the issue.

sysadminctl -secureTokenStatus USERNAME
2025-03-11 16:56:35.191 sysadminctl Secure token is DISABLED for user USERNAME

I need FileVault enabled for company security. Any ideas?
