Highlighted “speak” causes iPad to crash

why when I am in ANY app that if I highlight any text and click “speak” the website I am on/app/( any page that I have tried to have my I pad read aloud) will close out? I am up to date on software, I have reset the voices, reset my iPad to factory settings, restarted my I pad. Refreshed the page, tried it on google , chrome, safari websites, everything, it will not read aloud ANYTHING
