I applied for the Apple Card before the promotion deadline, based on my local time zone (Western Time). However, I was denied the promotional credit because Goldman Sachs counts the deadline in Eastern Time. The terms didn’t clearly state this, and I believe this is unfair. Has anyone else experienced this issue? Any advice on how to resolve it?

I wrote them a letter by mail yesterday with all the supporting documents. I just feel unfair. I will give them a call as well when I have a chance and update you.
