Energy Saver dialogue in Sonoma is missing power nap and UPS options

I'm debugging a situation where my SanDisk 8TB SSD is disconnecting by itself when using a Thunderbolt 4 port in the back of my Mac Studio 2023 M2 Pro Max. One suggestion was to disable sleeping. SO I used the MacOS Sonoma docs on the Energy Saver tab in Settings. But I'm missing two of the options:
