How safe is MacOS Monterey on 2025?

I have Macbook pro retina 15 inch late 2016. It won't install Mac OS Sequoia. It's still stuck on Mac OS Monterey. MAC OS Monterey's End of Support date is November 22, 2024. Today is March 2025. Is using MAC OS Monterey still safe as long as I don't visit shady website or download shady files? I mean Nuclear Submarines, Modern US Hospitals, and Dentists still use Windows 95 computers even today.

You can visit all the shady websites you want and download anything you like. Just don't install anything unless you are certain that's what you really want to do.
