How do I get rid of 'There is no application set to open the URL' pop-up on my MacBook Air after Sonoma 14.7.4 update?

Since installing Sonoma 14.7.4 on my MacBook Air Retina 2020 I keep getting this annoying double (or sometimes quadruple) pop up. It asks me to search the App Store for an application that can open it but there is no app that can open it. I uninstalled Chrome to try and get rid of this but it still keeps popping up either at start up or just randomly. I can't delete it or cancel it either.

There is no application set to open the URL chrome-extension://ekhagklcjbdpajgpjgmbionohlpdbjgc/translateSandbox/translateSandbox.html.
